Corrections policy
If you believe something on CoffeeHQ is factually incorrect, out of date, or mislabelled, report it to hello@coffeehq.app with the page, the specific claim, why you believe it's wrong, and any supporting evidence.
How reports are classified
HEKNO classifies issues as urgent safety/legal, privacy/security, factual error, calculation defect, attribution/rights, accessibility, or an ordinary update. Different classes get different priority and review.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the report, the outcome may be a correction, a clarification, a warning label, an evidence update, an audit note, or an explanation of why no change was made. A material correction is not hidden merely to protect how a page looks — see CoffeeHQ's source and evidence policy for how claims are labelled and sourced in the first place.
Rights or licensing notices
If your report concerns a rights or licensing issue rather than a factual correction, contact licensing@coffeehq.app instead, with your identity/authority, the protected work or right, the disputed location on CoffeeHQ, an explanation, and your requested action.
