CoffeeHQ is operated by HEKNO Ltd. Unless stated otherwise, HEKNO or its licensors own or control applicable rights in CoffeeHQ's original text, editorial work, software, design, calculators, and documentation. HEKNO does not claim ownership of facts as such, public-domain material, or third-party rights.

Structured assets

CoffeeHQ's content is built on a structured knowledge graph: entity records, taxonomies, relationships, source references, confidence labels, and the selection and arrangement of that data. Copyright may protect original expression, software, and qualifying selection/arrangement; separate database rights may protect qualifying investment in obtaining, verifying, or presenting database contents. HEKNO reserves all rights available under applicable law in both.

Images

CoffeeHQ publishes a limited set of images, sourced through HEKNO Asset Studio's governed review process and licensed for commercial use, alongside some AI-generated illustrations that are captioned as such on the page. Third-party licensed photography remains the property of its creator under the licence it was supplied with; CoffeeHQ's own selection, arrangement, captioning and alt text are covered by this policy the same way as any other original content — see the image and licensing policy for how CoffeeHQ specifically reviews and approves an image before it ever renders.

Permitted ordinary use

You may browse, bookmark, and use CoffeeHQ lawfully; print a reasonable number of pages for personal reference; and quote limited extracts where permitted by law with appropriate attribution.

Permission required

Unless applicable law expressly permits it, written permission is required to reproduce substantial content; systematically extract, harvest, scrape, crawl, or mirror CoffeeHQ's content or data; redistribute its datasets, taxonomies, or metadata; commercially exploit CoffeeHQ material; remove provenance or rights notices; or use CoffeeHQ's content in model training, fine-tuning, evaluation corpora, embeddings, retrieval systems, or synthetic-dataset generation.

AI and text/data mining

HEKNO does not grant a general licence for commercial AI training or competing data products built from CoffeeHQ's content. This does not override mandatory legal exceptions; anyone relying on an exception is responsible for satisfying every condition. Ordinary search-engine indexing may be allowed through CoffeeHQ's robots controls and sitemap, but permission to index does not authorise bulk republication, dataset creation, generative substitution, or commercial training.

Attribution

Suggested form: “Source: CoffeeHQ, operated by HEKNO Ltd, [page title], [access date].” Attribution does not cure unauthorised copying.

Licensing and permission requests

HEKNO may offer licences for editorial extracts, images, education, research, data feeds, or defined AI evaluation uses relating to CoffeeHQ. A request does not grant permission — a licence is effective only when confirmed in writing by an authorised HEKNO representative. Contact licensing@coffeehq.app with the material, intended use, audience, territory, commercial status, volume, duration, attribution, and any AI/data-mining involvement.
