Source and evidence policy

CoffeeHQ, operated by HEKNO Ltd, is publicly available. In brief: every factual claim on CoffeeHQ carries a confidence label — well established, inferred, not independently verified, sources conflict, or simply unknown — shown alongside the claim itself rather than hidden in a footnote.
